Keith Krem will return as U18AA Head Coach for the second year in a row.

Krem has spent the last 17 years coaching for the Lehigh Valley Phantoms Youth and is the longest-tenured head coach in the organization. He has been a head coach at the U8 Boys, U8 Girls, U10 Tier 1, U12, U14 Tier 1, U16 Girls, U16 Boys, and U18 levels. Krem’s previous campaign at the U18 level was during the 2013-2014 season which saw 11 players move onto prep, junior, or college levels and saw Krem win the organization’s Coach of the Year Award. Away from the Phantoms Youth, Krem is a partner of Recruit U Hockey.  He provides private/group skill instruction, player consulting, and spring/summer group training.
