Lehigh Valley Phantoms Youth is extremely proud to announce Vinny Cuvo as the head coach of the Bantam AA (U14) team for the 2018-2019 season.  With his experience, strong leadership, and coaching ability, Coach Cuvo will provide the foundation for continued success at the Bantam (U14) level.  LVPY is thrilled to have him back for the up coming season and truly appreciate his talent and high level of commitment!

Vinny Cuvo started his playing career locally with the Lehigh Valley Thunder. Next came the Blast and the Flames until he left after his first year of 18U to play junior hockey in New Jersey. While playing, he helped multiple mite/squirt teams in our organization in his spare time. Cuvo is a level 4 USA Hockey coach.  He spent his first season as an assistant coach with the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Jr. Knights Tier 1 Peewee team while finishing his junior career. He then came on board as the Head Coach of the Lehigh Valley Phantoms Youth Pee Wee A National team and led that team to an undefeated regular season in the DVHL. The team would then go on to win the Atlantic District Championship. Cuvo has made the jump to the Bantam A level this season. His team has secured a DVHL playoff berth already for the 2017-2018 season and look to repeat on last season’s success.
