Each year, the Lehigh Valley Phantoms Youth staff teaches over 400 of the Lehigh Valley’s best amateur hockey players the skills necessary to be successful on and off the ice, including the concepts of teamwork, respect and the value of hard work. Unfortunately, playing hockey comes with a large financial commitment.

Lehigh Valley Phantoms Youth Torchbearer Scholarship Program reinforces the importance of education and an active, healthy, lifestyle by using sports and competition as a vehicle to encourage a strong work ethic, positive self- esteem, and respect for oneself and others. This program is available to low-income families with children who would like to play ice hockey for the Lehigh Valley Phantoms Youth.

Applications must be submitted by May 1st in order to be considered.
