Coaches, it's time to submit your Coaching Application for the 2024-2025 season. Remember, all new and returning coaches must submit an application for the upcoming season. Please submit the application at the bottom of this page. Be sure you are accurate with all your information.

A NOTE TO ALL NEW AND RETURNING COACHES WHO ARE APPLYING TO COACH WITH PHANTOMS YOUTH: All coaches are approved at a Hockey Operations and Board level and then it is the final decision of an approved head coach to choose his or her assistants (coaching staff). Therefore, although a coach may be qualified and/or may be a retuning coach, it does not mean you will have a coaching position on a specific team. The organization allows head coaches the opportunity to surround themselves and the players with those who they feel will work best in reaching their season goals.
