Coaches, it's time to submit your Coaching Application for the 2025-2026 season. Remember, all new and returning coaches must submit an application for the upcoming season. Be sure you are accurate with all your information.

A NOTE TO ALL NEW AND RETURNING COACHES WHO ARE APPLYING TO COACH WITH PHANTOMS YOUTH: All coaches are approved at a Hockey Operations and Board level and then it is the final decision of an approved head coach to choose his or her assistants (coaching staff). Therefore, although a coach may be qualified and/or may be a retuning coach, it does not mean you will have a coaching position on a specific team. The organization allows head coaches the opportunity to surround themselves and the players with those who they feel will work best in reaching their season goals.
