Lehigh Valley Phantoms Youth is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to the growth and development of youth hockey in the Greater Lehigh Valley. As a parent-run entity, we take seriously the responsibility of ensuring transparent leadership, sound financial stewardship, and adherence to best practices in nonprofit governance.

We are guided by an elected Board of Directors, who oversee the strategic direction of the organization and uphold our mission and values. The Board operates in accordance with our established Bylaws, which define our organizational structure, responsibilities, and procedures.
Board meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month at Steel Ice Center, with a virtual attendance option available unless otherwise announced. Meeting agendas and official updates are shared through internal communication channels, and meeting minutes are published for transparency.
